4 Point Inspections

A Four-Point Insurance inspection is typically performed to obtain or renew an insurance policy on structures older than 25 years. A Four-Point inspection is a limited, visual survey of the major systems that comprise your home which include the following:

• Heating/Air Conditioning
• Roof
• Electrical
• Plumbing

During a Four-Point Insurance Inspection the following is documented for each system:

• Estimated Age
• Condition
• Visible Defects
• Evidence of Damage
